AI Builder Models Training Forever

All my models are still blocked, right now they have been blocked for two days!!, they are in "Training" or "Retraining" status

If I create a new one, it also stays in "Training" state, it never ends.

I can not do anything?

I can't stop them?

I can't delete them?

I am also facing the same issue, models are training from last 2 days.

After ONE MONTH, all the models continue training, during all this time.
No error, no warning.
It's unacceptable

Hi Potollon,

First of all, sorry for this incovenience.

Here are a couple of actions you could take to solve the problem

1. If you are using an unstructured document processing with a large amount of collections, the training could be so long that it would timeout which could explain you issue. In this case, consider merging collections together.

   a. Provide 2-3 samples per layout/vendor

   b. Build collections with up to 50 of above samples regrouping documents which have similar field positioning or terms (synonyms)

   c. Train an initial model with 10-20 collections and test new documents to be extracted before adding a new layout or collection. Only add the document if not properly extracted by the model. Indeed, the unstructured model is able to generalize to unknow layouts from what was learned

2. If above doesn't help, open of support message which will ensure you get proper SLA solving your problem.

Seems that have modified the framework and now the models can be deleted, I have already deleted them.
They have been this bad for 6 months!!!!

Hey,

has this problem resolved for everyone or just the user starting this thread? As for me I still have a model training since 5 days ago, literally just renamed two of the fields. Now I am concerned about starting other trainings for other AIs.
