Add item to SP List if column value does not already exist

I need to update a SP List with new CSV items only, skipping adding duplicates. Each day, I receive an updated version of the original CSV file with 10-20 new rows added from the previous day. I only need to add the new 10-20 rows. The unique value in the SP List is in the column 'TIMESTAMP (UTC)' 

Here's what I currently have:

This accomplishes creating a new item in the SP List for each row in the CSV (including duplicates). I followed https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sXdeg_6Lr3o for reference. 

I'm not sure how I would modify this to only create an item if the selectAllCSV output for TIMESTAMP (UTC) does NOT equal an existing 'TIMESTAMP (UTC)' column value in the SP List. The TIMESTAMP (UTC) column in the SP List will always have unique values. So I'd need to check the entire SP List's TIMESTAMP (UTC) column against the values of the outputs for selectAllCSV TIMESTAMP (UTC). 

I'm not sure if I need to use Get Items / Get Item to check each selectAllCSV Timestamp utc value or if there's another approach here. I just need some guidance on how to:

1. create an array of the outputs of selectAllCSV for only the timestamps

2. checking each item in that array of timestamps against the SP List

3. Once that's complete, I assume this is just a conditional " if CSV_timestamp eq SP_timestamp, do nothing - else, create item" solution like i have working at the moment

Hi @GLAMB ,

It seems that you have already get all items from the csv file as an array. Next, you need to Get items from the entire list with pagination turning on, threshold set to 500, and in Apply to each for the array, use Filter array action for the results of Get items, on the condition

item()?['TIMESTAMP (UTC)']        is equal to         items('Apply_to_each')

below Filter array, then you need a Condition control checking

length(body('Filter_array'))           is equal to         0

if true, Create item and use values from the array, expressions like:

items('Apply_to_each')?['TIMESTAMP (UTC)']
