Hi all,
I have a .docx template where the name of the participants are populated in a table and they each need to sign in the Signature column. Do I need to put some conditions in the .docx file when I generate the tags for Adobe Sign (Adobe Document Generation)?
Currently, the columns "Nr" and "Name" from my table are automatically well populated, the document is generated and uploaded in Adobe to be sent for requesting the signatures but, the column for Signature is not working as I need to, and I don't know what to try next. Each of them receives a pdf with the request to sign in ALL the cells, for all the participants.
So, CK1 must receive an agreement to sign just in one place, where its name appears, and so on.
Do you have some suggestions?

I did wanted to come back sooner, but now it's good too. So I did figure it out what the trick was and I want to write it here in case someone else will have this task. Thus, when there is a need to create an agreement for a variable number of participants, just switch to input an entire array as in the pictures below.

Barbarically as long as you put signature 1 and 2 plus other as follows in your word document as follows:
However even though you position them in word they might not actually end up there in the PDF, I do not know why at this stage.
You will need to match the above in the flow using the following command

Thank you so much for taking the time to help me! I tried Signature Block and unfortunately it wont work in a table:
The participants receive the PDF with the signature block located somewhere below the page.
Signature block seems to request just 1 signature on the same document as I need, but does not put the block in the cell. I'll run some more tests.

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge! This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks. The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods. You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately. How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can.
