Append multiple office 365 Group Members

Hi All,

I have a requirement to send a scheduled email to members which are present in different office 365 Groups. 

1. 4 groups for each country and total 5 Countries

2. 5 * 4 (Groups) = 20 Groups

3. Members are different on each group

The requirement is to send a scheduled email to all 4 groups at a time with same email body. Everything is fine but I am unable to club the group members from 4 groups into one single recipients list. Please can anyone guide me ?

Also, please suggest an effective way to do this if I am on wrong side? Appreciate your help.

Apologies to not explained the requirement clearly. There was no error actually.

Currently, I am having below process (example process) :

1. 3 'List group members' actions to list members from 3 different groups
2. 3 'Select' actions to fetch only email
3. Compose to distinct the list
4. Compose to separate the list by ';'

This is Ok and working fine, but is there a way to do this in effective manner instead of using individual 'List Group Members' and 'Select' actions for each group?

I think you'll still need to have the separate calls to get group members but can streamline the rest slightly.

See my flow that gets members from two groups, combines them (including distinct), gets emails and joins. In this way all you need to do is add more List group members actions and don't need to add additional actions afterwards.

Full flow below. I'll go into each of the actions.

List group members is self-explanatory (you already have these).

Compose Union uses the union expression to join each of the group member arrays from your List group members actions. This would allow you to join as many List group members actions as you want. The expression used here to join the two arrays is:

union(outputs('List_group_members_Team001')?['body/value'],outputs('List_group_members_Team002')?['body/value'])

If you had four groups, then it would look like below.

//Joining four group memberships, including removing duplicates.

union(outputs('List_group_members_Team001')?['body/value'],outputs('List_group_members_Team002')?['body/value'],outputs('List_group_members_Team003')?['body/value'],outputs('List_group_members_Team004')?['body/value'])

Select extracts out the email addresses for each member into a simple array using the following expression:

item()?['mail']

And finally, Join to join each of the email addresses separated by semi-colon. 

One thing to note here is that there is a limit as to how many emails you can put into a single email. I can't remember what the limit is, but if you might have a lot of members, then worth looking at limits to ensure everything works as expected.
