Apply to each loops only one item

Dear community

I'm using a scheduling workflow that read items (Get Items) from a list; inside get_items I set a filter query (output)

Then the workflow uses an "apply to each" to send an "email with option" for every item in the output 

The condition is fictitious because the filter query is in get_items. So I set a "not null" for a URL field always filled

When the workflow is running the output (get_items filter query) correctly filters 10 items 

but only one email is sent. Why?

You could see the outpout of the "Get Items" actions to see the URL value. In the condition, instead of using null, you could use something like this:

empty(items('apply_to_each')?['URL']) is not equal to true

The URL value is always filled, so the condition - both using not null or not empty - is always satisfied

The question is: why apply_to_each doesn't loop for all 10 items and sent only one email? 

Note that the item considered by apply_to_each is the first one (1/10) from get_items's query

What's your problem? Do you want to send a single email? Or one email for each SharePoint item that satisfies the condition?

The apply_to_each action loop for 10 items (in the screenshot you shared you can read "Show 1 of 10").

If you want to send a single email, then the send email action should be placed outside the "apply_to_each".

The workflow has to sent one email for single item found. So, in the scenario shared 10 emails sent.

The issue is that only 1 email on 10 is sent and it remains in running status: this waiting status is correct because wait the users selection from email sent by "email with options"

I understood why only a single email is sent: "email with option" is inside "apply to each" loop and "email with option" waits a selection by user before proceed; so, meanwhile the user doesn't make a selection, the loop (apply to each) waits to moving next item. 

Have you suggestion how to maintain  "email with option" and sent immediately all emails for every items (get_items)?
