Archive Emails and Attachments along with the date the email was sent out

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could advise whether this is possible and the best way to do it.

Previously I sending out an email with two attachments each week but since last week I implemented a new process moving forward using MS Forms, PowerAutomate and SharePoint.

What I would like to now do is find a way to Archive the previous email and their attachments using a Document Library and new "Archive list" so that each row contains the email, files and date they were sent out. Is this possible? I think the main issue I have here would be pulling the sent date from the email and so if anyone has a solution on how this flow would look that would be great.

@Gelegeta86  are you looking to save email to SharePoint document library and save the date on which email was sent in the same document library? Do you have the flow created already to do this and facing an issue or are looking for suggestions on creating a flow for this requirement. If you need to create a flow yet, then one option you could do is send the same email to shared mailbox along, then you can create flow with trigger "When new email arrives in shared mailbox" configure the shared mailbox parameters of trigger, then use export email action to get the actual email contents, then you can save the email file to SharePoint document library along with email sent date, if you would like to go this approach i can guide you with detailed steps. If you are looking for something else then let me know.

At present I haven't made a start as wasn't sure where to begin due to not having explored this before.

I appreciate the advice you have provided and will use that to see how far I can get however may need provide an update should i find myself stuck if that is ok.
