I have a situation, is it possible to fill a Sharepoint list A with a Sharepoint list B in an automatic way, each time an item is generated?

example
List B integrates event information for different users and on different days, the events should be closed after a certain time.

The list A should get the user data, and count the events closed per week for each user, and another list where it keeps the total of events for the total of users...

Is it possible? what would you recommend?

Hi @Alfredorhz, yes it should be possible. I did a test on my end.

1. Created a Sharepoint list called Event with the columns: Title, Event User, Date, Status [Open, Closed]

2. Created another Sharepoint list called User Event Summary with the columns: Event User, Closed Events

3. Created a Power Automate Flow that triggers when an item on the Event list is modified. When it triggers, it will go find all other items with the same user and status = closed. If the user exists in the summary table, it will update that item with the number of closed events, and it they don't exist, it will create a new item on the summary table with the user and the count of closed items.

Is it possible to go creating the columns per week and integrate the counter to each one per user?

Hi @Alfredorhz, yes absolutely! You could

1. Have a 'Week' field on the Event table and based on the Week number, your flow can go and update the Week column that applies in the User Event Summary table.

For the power automate flow, 

1. I updated the Get Events action to include the week in the filter query

2. Added a Switch. Based on the 'Week' number from the Event, it will go and update the correct column with the total closed events

You know I tried the flow but I think I did not specify something, my source list does not have the weeks in the columns, these weeks should be integrated based on the closing date in the summary list, could you help me with that detail?
