I need you help to build one of my flows.
I build a Power App which fills data into a sharepoint list. This sharepoint list has about 40 columns (the list contains mainly questions). Each item is in a new row.
Now I will send the last item of the sharepoint list with a flow to the current user of the app (as E-Mail). The flow is triggered in the Power App.
As i see I have multiple opportunities, but none of them works fine for me. Case 1 is to Build the sharepoint list in to an .csv, this isn't a problem, but I don't get the formatting at the end. The list contains questions and the special characters (such as comma and blanks) in the questions are triggering the row break.
So I tried to figure out how I can put this whole bunch of Information into a .pdf. This also don't seem as a Problem. I get the flow working and proceeding a .pdf. My problem is thereby that i have to transpose the whole sharepoint list. This might be no problem if I can catch up in Html. But everytime I want to save the HTML code in a Variable, Power automate triggers an "apply to each". Don't know how to handle with the "Apply to each", because I don't need it.
Sorry for those stupid questions, i am really new to this topic.
Now I summarize the questions.
1. How can I format the "create a csv"? The Main Problem are blanks and commas.
2. Is it possible to transpose the whole sharepoint List or should I go with case number 1?
3. How can I avoid power automate from putting an "apply to each" in my code. If there is none of them i wouldn't have this problem.
I have tried many different ways, such as "create a HTML" table, but the whole list don't fit in the .pdf. The create a .csv ends up in a bunch of words.

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge! This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks. The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods. You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately. How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can.
