Building a looping flow in Power Automate from a SharePoint list

Hi everyone,

I have a list (please don't judge because it's in classic view).

The list tracks room booking requests.  We are using content approval, hence the classic view.  In SPD, you can create a looping workflow that checks the list at midnight and sends an email out to the booking staff telling them of all the new booking requests from the previous day.  Then they would just click on a link that goes to the list and they approve everything.

I would like to do this in Power Automate.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it possible to create a workflow that sends one email for everything that has gone on that day, instead of 10 emails if there were 10 new items in the list?

Sorry I'm being a bit stunned on this Friday afternoon @ChristianAbata.  I'm not seeing "Value Assignment" - is that only with Premium?

no @smorley  my screanshot is just and example, see what you need is just the variable and how to use it, instead my value you need to change it for your value from sharepoint

It looks like it is looping the list, but it's also sending out several emails that look somewhat the same, with differing numbers of the person's name.

The "Append String Variable" is grabbing their Office 365 Given name.

@smorley don't use user profile that action is to get user office 365 details as I said was just and example.

Please

1.- Leave the value of the variable Room requester empty

2.- Into Append Variable add your Sharepoint value propertie

The outside apply to each add the compose using the value of the variable and see you are going to have all the values in one variable

Definitely making some progress.  There are 21 items in my SP list that meet the condition that I'm needing the email for.  Inside the email it looks this:

@smorley  is because you are using your outlook conector inside apply to each, you need to reate it outside

Sorry to do this to you @ChristianAbata.

In trying to figure out why the "value" step creates a long string including variable names, HTML code, etc.  I removed value and started again.  The only difference being, now the email I receive is blank.
