Combining all files from One Drive folder into one .CSV file

Hi All,

I need to combine lets say 20 files from One Drive folder to one .csv file.
How to handle it? 

It works for two files using Get File Content (pasting exact file path) and then Combine - but how to handle it dynamically - in a loop?

Hi @Anonymous 

You would want to list the files, set a variable, loop through the content of each file content and append to the variable and then create a new file with the variable as the content.

Now, my new concern is how to export the CSV to XLSX as a table without using premium actions.

Any ideas?

I have actually just covered CSV to Xlsx here Excel File Tricks with PowerAutomate - Microsoft Tech Community and would be really grateful for any feedback.  In terms of performance, PowerAutomate does not really like an apply to each full of add a row to a table as the API has performance limits.  This can be overcome using an Excel Office Script and I was working on that solution the other evening.  I hope to do a video on that soon.  But put quite simply, you pass an array to the script and it creates and writes to a table in a single action.

Doesn't work for many csvs as i reach the size limit of a variable?  Unclear why but not all csv's are appe3nded, even if power automate says completed successfully
