For one of our "NoReply"-Addresses I have set up some actions for incoming mails.
(Move mail to bin, mark as read, answer with a standard-html mail saying where they can find help and that this address is not maintained)
Can I somehow detect if an incoming E-Mail is an automatic reply (and not a "real reply") – to then not trigger the other actions in the flow?
Though I have no experience with your issue, according to source below you might be able to look for these headers:

I know it's been almost a year but may be someone will need it. If you register a plugin for the pre stage of "DeliverIncoming" message of the email entity, in the context you will see "ExtraProperties" attribute which is an entity type. In this object, you will be able to access to "internetmessageheaders" attribute:

Not %100 sure of the usage but this way I was able to reach the auto reply information.

What plugin do you mean? Are you talking about a Power Automate flow?

Oh I am sorry, I didn't pay attention to the original question. I thought it was Dataverse email entity. For Power Automate; I didn't try. But this problem is also valid for D365 CE as well, especially if you are building Automatic Record Creation rules. The plugin I was mentioning is a Dataverse plugin.

I have a flow that triggers when an email arrives in a shared mailbox, I sent out a communication and a lot of users had automatic replies set, so the flow ran multiple times which became so annoying and frustrating. I really want to know how to filter out auto replies in power automate. I want my flow to process only direct emails initiated by users.

you should check the message class of ingoing message to separate the real messages.
The only way to do that is using a GRAPH request.
I've created a commercial flow GetMessageClass https://ivasoft.com/getmessageclassflow.shtml some time ago - you can use it as a base.
