Convert HTML table to text error

Hi, I'm trying to convert a HTML table to text to import into excel. Using the below calculation, I'm only able to convert Title, First name, Email, City or town, State or territory successfully. The other fields either include all of the content or fields after.

Example:

trim(first(split(last(split(body('Html_to_text'),'Email')),'Phone number')))

Example table:

Your reference number is: XXX

Submitted values are:

Title
Full name
Email
Phone number
Home address
City or town
State or territory
Postcode
Address
City or town
State or territory
Postcode
Is the enquiry for yourself or a third party?
Is the residence pertaining to the xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Is the residence pertaining to the xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I would like to receive future updates about the xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

(last 3 fields are long)

I suggest you use compose actions in between to see what data you are getting in the specific action and then copy the exact strings that you will use to split further from the results.

It must be some string not matching properly... If you've gotten this far, you'll definitely be able to handle the rest, too.

Thanks - I've copied the exact same string with the different fields but just doesn't like some of them. If a heading is too long or it's a number, can that break it?

The length will not be a problem. You can turn numbers into strings with the string function.

Are you seeing any errors now?

this is what I use to capture the phone number

trim(first(split(last(split(body('Html_to_text'),'Phone number')),'Home address')))

It returns the number plus all data afterward:
<phone #>Home
addressxxCity or townxxState or
territoryxxPostcodexxAddressxxCity or townxxState or territoryxxPostcodexxIs the enquiry for yourself or a third
party?xxIs the residence pertaining to xx?xxIs the residence pertaining to xx? xxI would like to
receive future updates xx.xx

Ok, and if you split this using

Home addressxx as your delimiter?

sorry, can you please show me what that would look like?

Sure... What's the name of the compose action where you have that string from your last post?

Compose data action

Put this in one Compose action to get the address
split(outputs('Compose_data_action'),'Home address')[0]

and then this to get the rest in the next compose action

split(outputs('Compose_data_action'),'Home address')[1]

I'm getting an error for both actions:

Correct to include a valid reference to 'Compose_data_action' for the input parameters(s) of action xx

Can you please make screenshots so we can see what it the flow looks like and what the names of the actions are precisely?

here are the screenshots. I think the problem may lie with a carriage return between 'Home address'. Can you suggest what I can add so it sees 'Home address'?

Everything seems to run smoothly... Where is the step that creates the error and the code of the expression that creates the error?

I've tested two different inputs from the webform and both are getting different errors, I'm starting to think there is something funky with the webform depending on the inputs by the customer.

The error is just the output captures all of the form data or everything after the field. It doesn't just capture the field I want.

What are the errors you are getting?

What does the input look like?

this is an example input and the output is exactly the same (I removed the actual inputted data and questions for privacy, however the length is the same):

xxxxxxxxxState or
territoryXXPostcodeXXIs the enquiry for yourself or a third party? For
myselfIs the residence pertaining XX XXX XXXXXXXXX XXXXX XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXX XXXXX XXX XXXXXXXX XXXXXX XXXXX X XXXXXXXXXX XXXXXX XXXXX?NoXX XXX
XXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXX XX XXX XXXXXXXXX XXXXX XXXXXXX XXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXX XXXXX XXX
XXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXX XXXXXX? NoI would like to receive future
updates about the XXXXXXXXX XXXXX XXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXX.Yes

Ok, and what was the error?
