Copy attachment from one list item to another

I have two Sharepoint lists (A and B) which contain the exact same titles.

Every items in list A contains one attachment which come in via Forms.

Now I want to simply copy the attachment of the item in list A to the matching item list B. 

This sounds so easy, but I can't get it to work. The get attachment etc. works fine, but I can't match it to the existing item in list B. Any ideas?

If the items in each list have the same title you could use the Title values to match the records.  The one issue would be if the Titles in each list are not unique.

Yes, this is exactly what I want to do. The titles are identical numbers. Yet I fail to get how to make this work. I tried working with a condition (if title list A = title list B), but there is always an error. My flow looks like this:

If new item is created (list A)

Get attachments (list A)

Gett attachment content (list A)

Get items (list B)

*then something were I desperately try to match the data

Add Attachment

I am kind of lost tbh, I am not even sure if this is right what I did there. Sitting on this problem for 3hours straight now and I just can't bring it to work 😞

Something more like this

1) new Item created in List A

2) Get Items from list B where Title = Title(from list A item)

3) Apply to each on ListA item Attachments

     - Get Attachment content

     - update item list B using First(GetItems List B Array)?['ID']  and add the attachment
