Copy list A to list B

I am building a flow to copy item from list A to B. I working fine except for document with user left the company. 

It will return status 400: The specified user cound not be found and stop copy. 

I want to copy all regardless user has left the company. How do I achieve this?

Basically, you have to make a decision: is the user (for each area there is a user) important to keep, or not?

Either way, the first thing you need to do is get the claims and then query AD to identify if they exist. If they don't, you'll create an item with the specific field(s) blank; if it's not blank, you'll create the item with the specific field as per usual. You can use an IF statement for that in your Create File or whatever you're using.

If the user DOES matter and you need to keep it, you can either create a text column for each field and then write the email in there, or, you can create a muli-line of text column and just write in like "Branch Manager 1: XXXX@email.com; Stage Manager 1: xxxxx@email.com"

There are also tools that'll do this for you, like ShareGate.

I believe there is no other way other than to keep old data in excel or using ShareGate to migrate to archive list.

I tested to copy paste to SP list and it also return error when people field not able to search user in field.

Yes but you can support that error using the error branch in Power Automate. If querying comes back empty or throws an error, make an "error" path for the flow to set a variable to blank, and then use that variable in the people field.

It looks like you have a bunch of people fields, so it wont be very easy without using one of the premade tools unfortunately.
