I have created an approval flow when a staff member submits a time off request form. (the trigger is a form submission) Everything work good with the approval process but at the end I have set it up to create an event on the calendar for the days they will be taking off. The flow works through all approvals and sends emails fine but does not add it to our calendars. Need Help Please!

Given that formatting I think you'll need to add a FormatDateTime() function around the dates when you enter them into the Create event. The create event is expecting a standard ISO 8601 Date time for UTC. The value you are supplying isn't in ISO 8601 format and doesn't include a time.
Create event adds the event to the calendar of the user who is executing the flow. Since this flow uses an automated trigger that would be the calendar of the maker of the flow. Using an automated flow I don't think there is a way to create an event in someone else's calendar. For that it would need to be a manually triggered instant flow.
I am the user who is executing the flow but it also does not show up on my calendar. If I can at least make it do that, then I can manually add the other people who need to know about the time off.
Can you show me the values that are being used for Start Date and End Date? Are they being formatted as ISO 8601 Dates including time?

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge! This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks. The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods. You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately. How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.
