Create a flow

Hi Everyone, I am new to the automation field and I need your help.

The flow is an email is sent automatically to the user with reference number l. After being sent ,I want to convert a copy of this email to pdf and save it on specific folder (named reference number) on SharePoint. Could u guide me if this is possible and what flow could accomplish this task?

Additionally, how can I make a specific column visible to group of people only? The lists form contains 10 columns, the user who is filling in the list form should see only 5 columns to be field. Can u tell me how to do this?

@Willington1 For part 1 of your question, please review this existing thread that appears very similar.  There is an Export Email action in Power Automate, but since the location of the email would go to Sent Items you have to do some stuff to find it correctly.

For the 2nd part of your question, by default SharePoint does not have the ability to apply column-level security on a list or library.  The only true way to do this with security is to duplicate the list and keep it sync'd where one list has the summary data and the other has the full data.  You can hide columns from the views but there is nothing that stops users from adding the private columns to a view.

Hi DAllen365, thanks for the quick response. In regards to part 1. I sent you the flow that I did. As you see on the right part I have a flow to create folders and subfolders on SharePoint and I was able to name them as varFoldername/(name of subfolder). This part works perfectly.

On the left part is a condition to send email when the trigger is met. I tried to follow the link you sent me, so I created get email, export email, create file in SharePoint ( since this is the destination I want to save the copy of mail). The problem I am having is in the folder path( create file in SharePoint) as I cannot put full destination (i.e folder name and subfolder name- that was created thanks to the flow on right right). Are you able to check and tell me your thoughts?

I would try to save a copy of the email as it is rather than converting it for now.
