Create email from sql server table and attach sharepoint file

What I have:

I have a sql server table  tbl_customers.

A field in that table called:  Created_date

A field in that table called:  ID

I have a sharepoint list with a sql server ID  relating to the  ID field in the sql server table.

TBL_CUSTOMERS_Attachments   = SHAREPOINT LIST  

Column called "SQL_SERVER_ID"

What I need:

To send a reminder email using FLOW 2 days after the "created_date"..then

grab the attachment from sharepoint list with a relating ID

Can you use the trigger SQL When an item is created (V2) and then put a 2 day delay right after? And the flow will sit there and wait for 2 days then continue running?

Otherwise, I think you would have to have a flow that ran everyday which checked for created dates that were 2 days prior and then send an email for each.

Yes, i can do that.   For the first part of the flow..

After the 2 day delay you would put in the action step "Get Attachments" and then put them in a step "Get Attachment Content" which you then put into a "Send an Email".

Did you need help adding the sql item to the sharepoint list in the first place? When I read your question it sounded like you already had a method for keeping the SQL table and SharePoint List synced and matching the ItemId. You were just looking for how to delay and then send attachments?

In the sharepoint file I have 3 attachments,,,,the flow is sending 3 seperate emails ?

It looks like you need to put all of the attachments in an Array and then put that array in an email. So it will be

• Get Attachments
• Apply to Each Attachment
  • Get Attachment Content
  • Append to Attachment Array
• Send Email with Attachment Array
