Create event from forms

Hi All,

I currently try to build flow for car booking system, I create Microsoft Form with date,departure time,and return time. I type both of the time data manually from 1 to 24. After i found some template on flow, I decided to give a try and turned out to be good except for the date and time data.

Ideally, I want once the request is approve (using Approval) the "Create an Event" automatically build and obtain the date&time data from the form. Hence, I am struggling to find solution for "Start Date (and time)" and "End Date (and time)". If you have any solution or insight regarding my situation, please share it with me. Instead of using Forms, May be you can setup SharePoint List and Flow on top of it. That might solve the purpose.

If you want to get the MS Form submission time, there is direct dynamic content could be used:

I will explain briefly about my desire. I want to make car booking system, The flow would be generally like this. The requester filled the form including date they want to use car, departure time, and estimated return hour. The departure and return hour allow me to assign which driver available on that day.

So once the form is filled, the flow will send Approval process to me. I use dynamic data from the form for this approval, to check some data regarding availability of the car.

Let's say i approve the request, the flow will move to condition "Yes". In this case, I build 2 process inside. Which were Send an email to user the request is approved and create an event with date&time data obtained from the form. 

 I am looking for solution on how to automatically create an event with date&time that user filled in the form. It seems the formula i use on calendar picture does not work for the condition i want. Thank you for reaching me and if you have any solution it would be great to have.

Hi @Anonymous,

You could initialize a string variable under the trigger, once a user response the Form, get utc time.

After approve, put the submission time variable into the Create Event action:
