Create sales quote and subsequent sales quote lines in Dynamics Business Central- Only want to capture the Items created during Flow

I’ve successfully created a flow that imports Items into Business Central from and Excel sheet, then creates a Sales Quote in Business Central, and finally creates sales quote lines on that Sales Quote. The only issue I’m running into is that I’m capturing all the items in Business Central and adding them to the sales quote. My goal would be to only capture the Items I created as part of the Power Automate flow. I’ve played around with variables but keep getting complaints that I need to pass an array variable versus a string variable.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am not Business Central Expert but I want to give you a suggestion here , I would suggest to create the Sales Quote first and then create the Line Items and link them to the created sales quote on creation rather than later on as below, so I just tried to create a sales quote here and then created the Sales Quote line item and linked it through the document id, hope this helps!

Thank you for the reply Mira_Ghaly, but creating the Sales Quote and subsequent Sales Quote Lines was not my issue, I have that worked out just fine as part of my flow. What I need to do as part of the flow is only create Sales Quote Line items based off the Create Items step from my Excel Worksheet earlier in my Flow. Right now when I'm capturing the items from the Business Central Items table, it's grabbing all items versus just the ones I created during the flow.

I'm wondering if maybe I can somehow limit the Items captured by Last Modified Date. Open to any suggestions.

Sorry forgot to include the filter query I'm attempting to only find Items created based on lastModifiedDateTime. Do I need to change the expression on my addMinutes section?

Are you able to add a custom field to the items table , not sure which table is it but if you can do so then you need to initialize a variable of type string and pass to it expression UTCNow and pass the variable to the custom field when trying to create the item and then use the same variable in your filter query.

I'm actually super close to achieving what I'm trying to accomplish. I was able to do a Find Records and narrow down the items coming back 

Here is my current filter query. How would I right this to only find the items created in the workFlowItems table in the past 5 minutes?

lastDatetimeModified ge @{addHours(utcNow('yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ'),-1,'yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ')}

I've tried to sue the addMinutes function but never get any results.

Can you limit the addHours function by fractions of time, so for instance -0.50, or 0.25. This might also achieve what I'm trying to do.

But using this approach can you guarantee that no other flow or manual operation can create items at the same time?

That is true but I'm not sure how I can create unique items and then use those as part of the flow. I will explore adding a custom field to the tables but I'm not entirely sure if or how to do that currently.

How would your custom field and variable solution look, do you have an example flow?
