I have a flow that uses the AI builder to extract information from a document and add this to a sharepoint list. One of the fields i'm extracting from these documents is a date field and between flow and sharepoint the format of the date is changed from dd/mm/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy and despite a number of workarounds i've tried to implement based on suggestions from this forum (using the Convert Time Zone and FormatDateTime features in flow, ensuring all my system settings are correct, and rebuilding the date in a different Sharepoint column) I can't seem to find a solution.
Below is a snippet of some of the date formats i'm extracting from the documents and the only format coming through properly from flow to sharepoint is the full date (DD Mmmm YYYY). The top record (11/08/2022) is being added to sharepoint as 08/11/2022 and the others are failing in flow as it believes the date to be invalid (i'm guessing because it can't swap the day and month around to make a valid date).
I should mention - for the above snippet i changed the format of the 'Invoice Date' field in Sharepoint to 'Single line of text' and ran those documents through the reader to see what information was being extracted and added to the list, and all dates are coming through as they should. I then converted this field back to 'Date' format and it correctly converted all the dates to dd/MM/yyyy so I'm really not sure where the issue lies!
I've tried to implement fixes based on a number of threads but nothing seems to work. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge! This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks. The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods. You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately. How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can.
