Displaying hyperlinked filenames of multiple files from single MS Forms Upload entry

I am using a Group Form (uploads get stored in a shared Sharepoint location) to capture data including Uploading files in a single field "Upload".

CURRENT STATE: when the "Upload" Get Form Response dynamic content is displayed (see in the final Create Jira Issue action below) it looks like this:

Hy you can do it like this:

this is in a compose action.

or like this if 

So u use <a href = "your dinamic content"> your text that wil be linked, also can be dinamic content </a>

For easy copy:

<a href = "xxx"> xxx </a>

Hi @Archy  Thanks for your response.

I used a COMPOSE action to capture the UPLOAD response field (2 uploaded files) and simply used the OUTPUT of the COMPOSE action in the Description field of the Create Jira Issue but the OUTPUT delivered the same result as the CURRENT STATE in my original problem.

ie This does not separate and use the filename and file URL for both of the uploaded files from the UPLOAD input.

Try like this:

But you are using a for each. se everything will be in one link. and that is not what you want. 
it would be better to create like this:

Then add the output from the "Collect_String" to the "Create change request" action.

oh and the problem now is that all the links will be named "Link 1"

So change the "link 1" with a dynamic name that you got in the
response from the current item like "Title" or what ewer u have in it. like:
