Hi @Anonymous

do you want to send email after entering the details to excel or before entering that details to excel ?

@Nived_Nambiar

before or After adding to the excel, both works for me

Hi @Anonymous

Assume the two things

1. I am having column name CustomerNo in the excel which stores Customer Number

2.  the MS form look like this

Nived_Nambiar_0-1686923581182.png

Now use the flow design like this

Nived_Nambiar_1-1686923749402.png

we will filter the rows in excel based on column customer number

the output of the list rows action would be having filtered rows which would be having rows with column with customer number.

Now use condition to check whether there is any output from list rows like below

Nived_Nambiar_2-1686923835758.png

length(outputs('List_rows_present_in_a_table')?['body/value'])

Now if it is true, in yes branch > send an email

Hope it helps !

Hi @Nived_Nambiar thanks for your help, I am trying to add this to my existing flow somehow its not working, do I need to add the it as a parallel action or after the add row into table action ?, because I have already added a flow where its collates the response and if a response filled the by selected other dates except different date then it send an email alert, in which step I need to add this, sorry I am completely new and will take some time to understand and wanna build it in one flow

Can someone help on the above issue please

Hi @Anonymous

The filter query you have provided is of wrong syntax,

kindly see below for correct format

You have to put single quotes while specifying the value by which you need to filter

Hope it helps !
