Entra ID Groups and Users Report

Hi, 

A few examples of this in the forums but hopping to get some clear steps and share them. 

I'm looking to building a flow that will list our all my Entra ID Groups. My flow is working great I'm just having difficulties getting it into a CSV file or similar to then work off as a report. Some help on this would be great help.

Here is the sample flow:

1. Add "List groups" to get all groups. Add "Apply to each" action and pass value object from the dynamic content window:

2. Inside apply to each box, add "List group members" action & pass the group id dynamically from the output of "List group" action:

3. Add "Select" action & pass the value object from the output of "List group members" to get the name of the members in the group:

Click 'Switch Map to text mode' on the right side of 'Map' parameter:

Pass 'Display name' property from dynamic content window to get the name of the member:

4. Add "Compose" action to create an object that contains the group name & comma separated name of members:

Enter the below code in compose action, you need to just copy & paste in the compose action:

}

5. Outside "Apply to each" block, add "Create CSV table" to create csv data. Enter an expression to get the output of compose action. Expression needs to be added in the expression box as shown below:

6. Finally, add "Send an email" action to share the csv file as an attachment to the required recipient(s). In the attachment section, add an expression in the name:

In attachment content, pass the output of "Create CSV table" action as shown below:

Save & test the flow.
