Expiry Date Column Notifier

Hopefully someone will be able to help me with this error,

Ive used SharePoint Syntex to extract a bunch of information into a sharepoint library where we keep our training documents for staff, this information stores Name, Course Name, Company, Completed Date and Expiry Date.

I have setup a flow to basically alert the department responsible for keeping this up-to-date by looking at the expiry dates and saying "if the expiry date is less than 30 days from today's date, put into the table and send'

The flow seems to work but it isn't pulling through some of the info, I have attached a screenshot of the flow, aswell as the test email that only seems to display dates in May even though there is loads of certificates due in April,

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A few questions/notes:

In your Filter Query in Get items, what date format did you put? It should be 'yyyy-MM-dd'.

Expiry_x0020_Date lt '@{addDays(utcNow(), 30, 'yyyy-MM-dd')}'

The Expiry Dates in the HTML table look to be three March and one February (not May).

What happens to older items. As time goes on, you will cumulate all the past items (have expired 2 months ago, 6 months ago, 5 years ago, etc.). Did you only want to ensure you get active courses (looking at Completed Date)?

In the filter query it contains that yes but in the dd-MM-yyyy format, even with the format mentioned above it doesn’t pull through all the documents it should be.

With this library, when an expiry date notifier goes out, a new training course will be booked and this certificate replaced with a new updated one. So there won’t be any old certificates within there.

I have been using test certificates in the meantime with custom expiry dates that Syntex can extract.

I'm not exactly sure why it isn't giving you the data you expect. Can you confirm that the Expiry Date column is a Date data type? Also, can you confirm that the dates in your SharePoint List are showing as yyyy-MM-dd or yyyy-dd-MM as hard to tell when I look at them.

Can confirm the column is a date type but it is in dd-MM-yyyy as this is the preferred order for us. Syntex extracts in dd-MM-yyyy which is why I have kept the SharePoint column the same.
