Extract email text from email, add to excel

I'm looking for some help building a automation. I've used the AI to help build it, as well as ChatGPT but have been unable to successfully create it.

I receive a constant email from a specific program we use at work that tracks status our agents are in throughout the day. Breaks, Lunch, Offline work, etc. The emails are formatted exactly the same so I wanted the automation to compile them into an excel table to I can help track and find trends to better support or volume needs.

What I want is for when I receive an email from a specific address, I want it to read the body of that email, I believe that's Parsing, then look for some key words, capture those and add them to a specific excel table.

The emails look like this

Date of when the email was received.

"Agent ="

"Status ="

"Value ="

I need it to capture the data after the Agent =, Status =, Value =.

Example of the email body, I can probably add the date based of the excel page update. 

• Agent = Person.name
• Status = Research time

Value : 1h 0m 5.4243004s

This is how far I've gotten on the Flow but I can not get it to work.

@Em27 Which part of your flow is failing? If your condition actions are returning False when the value should be True, you'll need to troubleshoot those conditions.

Well I'm not 100% sure, I just know its not doing what I need it to do, as that excel document isn't updating. 

I'll break down each step and maybe that will provide more insight.

@Em27 Can you screenshot your last flow run. It'll help to provide more insight. If you could switch to the Classic Designer and screenshot the flow run in the Classic Designer that would be preferable.

Not sure if this is what you meant, but I did run a test. Looks like it believes its a false expression even though that email should've reached the correct parameters.

@Em27  Yes that's what I needed. You need to troubleshoot your condition action. Since you are expecting a true result you need to add a Compose action before your condition action and store the dynamic content you are using in your condition action to check and see if the output of the From dynamic content is what you are expecting.

I ran another test, I also came back as a false. I'm sorry for my novice here, but thank you for your quick replies. I added a compose, and then change the condition to the output of that. The email send was verified as well to be accurate.

Videos are very good, I rebuilt this and got this working to put the correct information into the excel table... but now the problem is its generating numbers instead of the string value. I'm unsure how to approach this, if you're willing to continue to support me I'll share this for you to review.
