Filter not filtering

Hi all. I'm trying to build a Flow to send a list of Requested projects (ones that haven't been assigned) each morning from a SharePoint list. The actual list has one entry that meets these criteria. However, when I test the flow - it acts like none have been found (and thus is "successful" but doesn't generate the email. Is there something wrong with my syntax?

Project_x0020_Year eq '2022' and Status eq 'Requested' and Retailer eq 'Kroger (including divisions)'

Hi @JillH,

Do you want to filter multi fields in the Filter Query?

Could you please tell me if all the columns are text type?

To solved the column type issue, I would suggest you go to settings and enable the experimental feature

Then you could find all the fields the Filter Query supports from the dropdown list, if the fields you need disappears from there, it means the Filter Query does not support this kind of column type.

If some fields disappear from there, you could consider the Filter array to filter the mentioned fields.

Thank you!! I finally had a chance to try it - alas, no items showed up in the Filter Query:

All the columns are Look-ups and Choice.

I did try the Filter Array and - it doesn't seem to filter anything when it runs:

Try 1:

@And(startsWith(item()?['Retailer']?['Value'], 'Kroger'),equals(item()?['Project_x0020_Year']?['Value'], '2022'),equals(item()?['Status']?['Value'], 'Requested'))

Try 2:

@And(equals(item()?['Project_x0020_Year']?['Value'], 2022),equals(item()?['Status'], 'Requested'),equals(item()?['Retailer'], 'Kroger (including divisions)'))

I think we need to dig it deeper.

Since you use the Get items action, why there is nothing appearing in your Filter Query😂?

Could you please add a compose and select the field from the returning of the Get items?

So - I rebuilt it quickly from scratch, and now fields show up in the Filter. However, none of the fields I need to use show up (the Text fields do, but the 3 I need are choice/look-ups).

Given the refresh build, I tried using a Filter Array as noted previously - no luck. I can get the flow to send the emails but it sends all the entries, not just the ones I want. 

Unfortunately, it's above my head! My company doesn't have anyone who understands this system so I'm learning as I go. Any other ideas would be appreciated!

PS - in the Filter Array, in the From field, I've put Value - is that right? Overall process is Manual Trigger --> Get Items --> Filter Array --> Send Emails
