Filter to get a specific file from SharePoint

Hi,

What would be the best way to copy a specific file to a different folder in SharePoint, with the following applied:

• The file should be copied with a new name if it already exists [copy file options...]
• So the file name will need to be dynamic so I can refer to the updated file. [I have a filter query for a fixed file name...]
• I need to get the link to that file so I can insert it into an email in HTML [have the logic for that]

I've made a test for your reference:

1\My flow

• Save the filename to a variable.
• Use the filename to filter the library and check if a file with the same name exists.
• If a file with the same name exists, assign a new filename to the variable.
• Create a file using the filename variable.
• Generate a sharing link.

Questions:

• What is in File content? when I initialized the variables I put the file name as initial value for file name variable. in the condition I should add a set variable to apply the file content?
• Is Filter Array required if I'm using a query to get the specific file? 
• I'm trying to send a link in html. Any ideas how to adjust it to the below [then no need of a link action, assuming the only way is to use another get file action/using the dynamic content from create sharing link]?

Getting an error that the file is locked by the user...with Create file

Even when the file is closed.

Hi @Hiwm 

This is because of caching issue causing it. Try to move the items to a SharePoint list. You could easily avoid locking issue.
