Flow Condition Failing

Hello, 

This is my first post! However, I am working on a Flow that has a condition that if someone in the switch statement approves or denies it going into different conditions. This condition keeps failing, I have also posted a screenshots bellow.

Can you post a screen shot of your Flow where you have the Approval actions?  Also, can you explain your logic - are you saying that you need for only one of the approvers to approve?

The logic for this is that it goes thrrough three approvals. The first approval and seond approval go to a specfic person. The last approval goes into a switch of whom they selected from a button. This this takes the responce of each (However only one has been selcted) and then puts it into the the apply to al lcondition until one of those is approve or deny.

I suggest simplifying your Flow for the last approval by doing the following:

1) Create a string variable for the final approvers name

2) Use your switch statement to set the variable to the approvers email address depending on who was selected

3) Use the variable as the approver in the single 3rd stage approval action

This will allow you to have a single approval action for the 3rd stage.  Then you can evaluate the single response to the 3rd approval and proceed as you would like.

Here is an example.

I have a Form with an option column that allows a user to select an approver.  I have only 2 choices but you can have as many as you want.

When the user submits the form, my flow retrieves the data from the Form. 

I have declared a variable to hold the email address of the selected approver.

I have a switch statement that checks the approver that was selected and assigns that persons email address to the variable.

I then create a single approval and use the variable as the approver.

You can use this logic after your two previous approvals take place.
