Flow Error : Flow does not run anymore despite update

Hi, 

I have a flow that is composed of a trigger (When keywords are mentioned  - in a Teams) and actions : refresh a PowerBI dataset and send an email. 

The thing is that I have recently gotten an error regarding a missing subscription ID: 

Subscription Id(s) are not found. Please try updating the trigger and re-saving the flow to trigger new subscription creations

 

I have updated my flow and checked the connections. Everything is in order when I run it in test mode but in production nothing happens when I post the keyword in the Teams. 

 

Has anybody experienced something like this? I haven't the faintest idea what is wrong actually.

Hi,

this morning I had the same problem.

I deleted the trigger and added it again. After that the Flow was running again.

Yes, I ended up redoing my trigger. I was hoping to find documentation or an explanation for this but to no avail.

same here, I recreated the flow but the error is still coming back.

I can also now only create 5 flows with keywords

Hi Jack,

I have not found anything helpflul but this thread about that error.

My flow wasn't run for some weeks. So I thought, that maybe that was the reason. But did not find anything about timeouts or something else for flows, triggers, subscriptions, logins, etc.

I hope that this was a one time error because from today on this flow is used in production environment 🤞

I have the same problem here. Triggers for Flows with MS Teams stop working with the error "Subscription Id(s) are not found. Please try updating the trigger and re-saving the flow to trigger new subscription creations".

Hi Ralf, It failed again this morning with the same message. I contacted my IT colleagues because clearly it doesn't seem to get any better. Hope it's the case for you.

I'm sorry to hear that. Here everything still works in my production environment.

 

I have left the error in my test environment and it seems, that Power Automate generates Subscription IDs on saving the flow, when the trigger is changed. This test flow was not run for a few days and had that error. I changed the Team and the channel in the trigger and saved the flow. Waited for a few minutes. Then changed Team and Channel back to the original and saved the flow. The error ist gone and the flow works. I will watch this, if the error comes back after some time...

 

I think this is a Microsoft problem and maybe your IT can contact MS support to address the error. If it will occur in my production environment I will take the same way, because I can not find anything on the web.

Summer of Solutions | Week 4 Results | Winners will be posted on July 24th

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge!    This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks.  The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.    Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”)   - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024   Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.  You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately.   How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.
