Flow Filter Query for modified date

Hi all,
Thank you for your time for reaching this post.
I am trying to make a auto recurrence to generate reimbursement claim on each month 16 00:00am.

The report will contain approved status that is from Oct 16 00:00am to Nov 16 00:00am.
then the following month the report will contain from Nov 16 00:00am to Dec 16 00:00am.

For trigging the scheduled flow, will the start time trigger on 16 00:00am?

i have set on my flow get items to get Status that are approved.

how do i add filter to use modified column filter date from each month 16 00:00am to the next month 16 00:00am?

@WeiMingLeong  You can create multiple logic in filter query but first of all you need to construct date range for your query. there are multiple ways to do it.

Please add this more in your filter query.

Modified ge 'addDays(utcnow(),-30,'yyyy-MM-dd')' and Modified le 'utcnow('yyyy-MM-dd')'

do you mean that i need to create another column for a completed approved status?

the Modified Column is a created by the list, not sure is this the cause.

AddDays(), utcnow() must use in expression.

i tried it and it did not generate any report. I change the date from -30 to 7 days.

@WeiMingLeong Please do same formatting for modified date.And do not use eq in your filter use le or ge then it will give you result. Equal to means exact match.

Hi all,
i got question. to the filter query.
I have this schedule flow set to run on each month on the 15 to generate report it will need to get from from the previous month 16 to the current month 15. 
For example Feb 16 to March 15.
if i use the 'addDays(utcnow(),-30,'yyyy-MM-dd') this will end up Feb 14 rather than Feb 16.
what is the correct way do i set in the filter query?
