Flow To add Uploaded Photos From A Microsoft Form To A SharePoint List

I am trying to create a flow that will take photos that are uploaded to a microsoft form, and store them, along with the response, into a sharepoint list. This is what i have so far:

this is from top to bottom, one being the top, 2 being the bottom. This is what i did to try and make this work, however it is giving me the following error when running it: 

im very new to using expressions in power automate and am unsure why this is occuring. Could you intrepid automate heros help me out with this?

@alexb11 you've created the flow from the Forms template in Power Automate. I can tell that because it adds that illogical apply to each which often causes errors. Microsoft have never corrected it in the 5 years I've been working with Power Automate. Create your flow from blank and immediately after the when a new response is submitted trigger add the get response details action then your other actions. No apply to each.

hey Rob, just so im clear, all i need to do really is remove the "Apply To Each" options? just want to be sure i am interpreting correctly!

Yes that's right. To save you time click the 3 dots at the top right of each action inside the apply to each and copy it to your clipboard. Then delete the apply to each. Then add in the new actions from the My Clipboard tab when you add an action.

Hey Rob,

Thanks for that, although this changes my build slightly from the guide i saw. I now have the following build out:

my goal is to have my responses from the form, including each photo as their will be more than one, be recorded as attachments to the items that this flow will be creating. How can i go about doing that in this case?

When i try to go through using the file content action, it makes me select only one file, and im unsure of which expression to use to make this work.
