Flow only works during test

I've been trying to build a flow that will send an email at the start and end of every event in a specific calendar (to remind staff to notify their supervisor when a visit is starting and finishing). 

I thought I finally had it working - it works great when I test it but it doesn't seem to run automatically outside of testing. I need it to run every time an event in the calendar is about to start.

Have I missed something? Why won't it work unless I'm testing it?

Please Confirm Look-Ahead Time Field of When an upcoming event is starting soon (V3) is it Correct? Because It's Take Integer Value in Minute.

I set it to one, so it would run 1 minute before the event (which it does correctly when I test it)

It's Work According to UTC Time Zone If You Select Your Calendar Time Zone UTC and Set Event Time According to UTC Time Then It will Work Perfectly.

You Have Another Way Is you have to pass minute value in Look-Ahead Time Field According to UTC time Zone Based On your Current Selected Calendar Time Zone.

I mean to say When an upcoming event is starting soon (V3) Action Trigger Based on UTC Time zone For Example My Current Calendar Time Selected is (UTC+05:30 Kolkata, Mumbai) because my current time zone is 5 hours and 30 minutes ahead from UTC Time Zone, so I have to pass minute in Look-Ahead Time Field which Is Subtracted Value 5 hours and 31 minutes From My Current Time Zone (UTC+05:30) Then Convert into Minutes Which Is Returned (361 Minutes) After This It will Trigger Before One Minute For Every Event.

It's 11 hours ahead of UTC. 

Is this something I change in the power automate flow?

Yes, if you Enter 720 Minute in Look-Ahead Time Field Then it will Perfectly trigger Before 1 Minute for Every Events.

It did work initially, but now it isn't working again and I have no idea why. It worked perfectly the first time I tried after your suggestion. Here is what it looks like now, as per your suggestion.

In My side still it works perfectly could you check your selected calendar time zone once again in your outlook calendar.

I'm in Melbourne - in the calendar it says UTC+10:00. We're in daylight savings time currently.

Hi @pbsleah You can Update your Time Zone that is11 hours ahead of UTC After this I guess you are good to go.

So, in addition to putting 720 mins in power automate, I also need to change my time zone in outlook calendar?
