Flows - Everything from a SharePoint List, including title and non-array items, gets caught in "Apply to Each"

Hello,

I have been having issues with a Flow I've been working on where it suddenly started wrapping all Dynamic Content from my SharePoint List in an "Apply to Each" block, including the the "Title" Element. None of these items allow for multiple selections. It was working normally about 4 days ago, but now it applies the block to everything. I have attempted to recreate a section of the flow on a brand new flow and found the same issue occurred.

I do not believe anything changed with the list between these two times. Is there a solution or a way to disable "Apply To Each" you know of?

If you are using a Get Items action to retrieve the records then even if there is only one record it will be returned as a single record in an array.  So accessing any field from that record will automatically create an apply to each loop. Can you show a screenshot and explain what you are trying to do?

I am attempting to make a flow to track and get approval for a status change for employees when a form is submitted on SharePoint. When the item is created or modified, it needs to go through and send an email with options to each party involved in the chain. The problem comes when I attempt to create a chart with the list items with dynamic content. It had previously allowed the dynamic content without error, but has since started wrapping it in the "Apply to Each" block. It also occurs to me after reviewing, that the options have been replaced by "Body/..." for some reason - they definitely weren't originally.

Your trigger is when an item is created or modified which will return the details of the item that was created or modified.  If you use the dynamic content from the trigger it won't generate an apply to each.  But right after the trigger you have a get items.  That will return a collection.  If you use the dynamic content from that action it will generate an apply to each.  Is the get items retrieving information from a different list?  If it isn't then there is no need for it here.  You'll already have all the information from the trigger.
