Flows well running but results are not good

Hi all

I've made two flows with some troubles:

1st flow : I use to receive tenders from customer almost everyday. When i receive them, i fill a sharepoint list with informations from tenders document. These tenders come by email with attached documents. 

Now i want to make a 1st flow to automate this process. The idea is, when new email arrives with attached document, i want to extract all the information needed with AI builder and add new item/line on sharepoint  filling column with these extracted informations. In the 2nd flow, set up a reminder base on tender deadline. So a 2nd flow to remind me with a message on teams when tender deadline are seven days up to today.

My 1st flow run well. The problem, is the item/line is not added on sharepoint. So, i don't understand why and i need help for that. Pictures below. Could you tell me why?

How can i see the maximun numer of line is allowed in my sharepoint list?

In my 2nd flow, i set up condition to find in deadline column all item/line which deadline are today + 7 days  (

formatDateTime(addDays(utcNow(),7),'yyyy-MM-dd'))

Instead of finding with this condition only these needed deadlines, it taking all the lines where there is a date even pass date and sending me on teams message regarding all the date.

Can you tell me why the condition is not working and how can i change it?

Can you provide a screenshot of the final apply to each loop in Flow 1 from a run?  Also its hard to read the screenshots because they are in French and the resolution is very low.

For the second flow I recommend adding a Compose just before the Condition so you can verify what the actual value of the dates being compared are.

Thanks for your reply. I've found out what was going wrong in the 1st flow, so it's ok now. it was a data display problem in sharepoint.

For the 2nd flow, can i have a screenshot of compose action? Cause i'm not finding it.

Its just a quick way to insert dynamic content or a formula and see what the results are when you run the flow.

I've tried your solution as you can see on below pictures, but it's not working. I'm still having same results as before. It still taking all the dates instead of only two which fill the condition.

The compose won't fix the problem.  It just lets you look at the actual dates being compared.  In the screenshot you can see that 2021-01-31 is less than 2021-12-29 so if that is what you are testing then it should process as True.  By going through each value in the loop you should be able to check each of the value sets being compared.  Either the comparison is correct and something about your formatting is wrong, or its getting the wrong date, or something in your comparison is off.  That's what you'll need to fix.  This just helps figure out what is wrong.

Thanks for your answer. I solved the problem putting the right filter in Sharepoint (Getting items) and it's working.
