Forms as connector in a flow

Apologies if anything is incorrect. Using Google Translate...

@PrasadAthalye

I have only Forms on the top. Any other idea?

Ok thanks for the confirmation. On the connector, can you check if your connection is working fine?

@PrasadAthalye

On my connection, there's a red exclamation mark. But if I click on this it doesn't connect.

This here is also an error I get:

Create and authorize OAuth connection failed.

Can you create a new connection and see if that goes through? You will have to authenticate using your id and password.

@PrasadAthalye

It doesn't work.

I think you will have to open a ticket with Microsoft. @Pstork1 Do you have any recommendations? I see that you faced similar issues as part of below thread..

Make sure you are using an Office 365 Work or School account (organizational account) that has a Power Automate or Power Apps license.  You can use MS Forms with a Microsoft account, but not in conjunction with Power Automate.  See the following limitations listed in the documentation

Microsoft Forms - Connectors | Microsoft Docs

Known issues and limitations

  • The connector only works with organizational accounts.
  • Group forms will not show up in the drop-down list. In order to trigger the Group forms, the Form Id needs to be added manually. The Form Id can be found in the address bar when you edit the form. Note that you should paste only the part after "FormId=" into the Form Id field in the Flow.
  • If you see the "CannotDisableTriggerConcurrency" error while using the Microsoft Forms triggers in the flow, please note that once you enable and disable the concurrency control, it cannot be undone as stated here. To workaround this issue, please export the flow and edit the JSON file to remove the "concurrency control" part. That way, the concurrency option will be disabled during the re-import of the flow.

To add more more detail to the workaround that Pstork1 mentioned for the CannotDisableTriggerConcurrency error. We had the same trouble and my colleague wrote an article to help others with this. I hope it will help others who are still experiencing this issue.
