My company is hosting a large conference at the end of next week and I've designed an attendance certificate that participants will receive after they complete a form to give feedback on the conference session. I have created a flow that populates the respondent's name, the sessions attended, saves the document, converts to pdf, and then sends the pdf by email. Great! Trouble is, the word template has 6 fields called session 1, session 2, etc (see attachment), as people can attend a maximum of 6 sessions across the 2 days. Some people will not attend all 6, however.
The form asks, "did you attend a session at 9:00 on Day 1" etc. If the respondent says yes, they are then asked to select the name of the session from a multi-choice list. If they say no, there is branching to take them to the same question for the next time slot, and so on. The problem is that if there is no response to one of the questions on the form, then it doesn't send anything to that data field on the Word doc, and so it's left just with the label. The output is something like in the attached screenshot - it just says (Session1).
So is there a way to get the flow to send something blank - so that the Data label/title disappears? Otherwise, I was imagining a scenario where I need to make multiple conditions on the flow, telling it to choose a different version of the starting template, depending on how many sessions the respondent had been to - but this would take forever as there are so many possible combinations!

I am wondering if you connect the form data to a SharePoint list first. For each session you have parallel branches to write the data to the list.
Then when the flow has written the data to the list, and the new data is there you then have another flow to fill out the word template and PDF it.
That way you can deal with the sessions on session by session basis. However you will need to invest in Adobe DC Pro and premium plan in flow as you will then need to close up sessions not attended within Adobe using tags so it looks good. Or if you do not want to do that and keep it simple have separate certificate for each session attended which may not show you as being green.
If you only have a week, you might be able to get this done, but I would collect the data and then state certificates will be out two weeks after submission of feedback. Maybe you need some test data from the form to work through.
Anyway hope it goes well, that is all i can suggest.

Thanks for the reply @Andrew_J . I'm still quite new to Flow, so I'm not sure what you mean by a SharePoint list. I do know that the Word template is stored in SharePoint document library, with the output (the PDF) going in another doc library within the same SharePoint site, and with the additional columns made to match the fields that I want to populate from Forms. I did this by following a combination of these two tutorials:

As the names of both of those videos suggest, using Premium Plan in Flow is not an option.
No problem I will have to leave others to respond but as new member I think you many not get what you want in the remaining week you have to get this to work.
