Forwading email from shared mailbox based on list item

I have a shared mailbox that I am monitoring with "when a new email arrives to shared mailbox" as the trigger. When the email comes in I want it to check a sharepoint list to match the "from" field on the email to the "From" field on the list and then forward that email to the "To" email from the list that corresponds to the "From" on the list.

Hello  @dnealy001

I have created a test list.

I have used a trigger When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox

After that i have used get items, and connected to sharepoint list with the details.
In the Filter Query part i have used Title eq '@{triggerOutputs()?['body/from']}'

Title because my column name is Title, you have to enter your From eq 'From field from when email arrives'

Then i have used forward an email v2 to forward the email.

To: Map from Get Items.

This is the test below, sent email to Flexibot sharedmail box.

This works but is there a way that I can add a condition where if no email was found or forwarded then I recieve an email stating no email was found. Basically the list I will be using is going to be changing and I want to know if the email was forwarded and if not I can go check it to see if I need to add the new email to my list.

Summer of Solutions | Week 4 Results | Winners will be posted on July 24th

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge!    This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks.  The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.    Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”)   - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024   Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.  You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately.   How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.
