Generate a PDF document which contain HTML and images

We have a SharePoint list items which contain multiple attachments. and we have a Power App where the user can search for the list item. now we want the user to click on generate PDF >> where the user should get a link to access the generated PDF file >> and then send the PDF file as an email attachment to external users. The generated PDF should contain the list items fields values (title, description, quantity, assigned to user) + the list item's attachments in this format (assuming we have 4 attachments):-

so what are the approaches we have to achieve our requirements? now our end users do not have premium power app and power automate licenses. we only have one service account with premium license. but we prefer this to be implemented on time so the user does not have to wait for automate flow to run to see the pdf file link, in other word it is preferred to have the power app user calling the flow directly .

I already answered some of your questions on your other posts. I am no expert on HTML therefore I can't help if you are going down the route of Convert HTML to PDF.

If you are going to use Encodian's Populate Word Document action, you can quite easily place your images into the document that way.

For example, here's a template that generated a QR sheet like this:

The QR codes were pass through in JSON (see Images for example JSON) and the template was set-up as follows:

I have put a border around the text box below so you can see it is a text box. But in your template, remove the border so the image does not have a border.

I sized the text box so that there would be 3 per row. In your case, size it so there would be 2 per row.

The -keepRatio preserves the size of the textbox and stretches the image within bounds of the textbox preserving the ratio of the image. There are other formatting tags but I think this would give you the best result.

second question, if we chose to use Encodian >> then we can pass dynamic number of images? we do not have to specify in advance inside the template how many items images we need or the maximum number of images? can you elaborate more?

Encodian is free for 50 credits per month (1 Populate Word = 1 credit). If you have a higher requirement than this per month, it is a paid service. Encodian Flowr Pricing

Yes, you can see in the example I showed, the template does not define how many images there are. Its just 1 image placeholder and its repeated for however many images are passed through. You can put as many images as you want in the JSON. Please refer to the documentation that I linked. Encodian also has a support desk on the website.
