Get File Properties (sharepoint) - more than 5000 limit ?

Dear all,

I am trying to Update the Title column in Sharepoint Library with around 200,000 photos  to be equal to the photo name 

(for Indexing in powerapps)

However , Flow don't have the Pagination options like "get items" , so i cannot update more than 5000 items in the library,

anyone has a solution to overcome this limit for SP online Library?

Hi @luuminhvuong93 

You're right. There's the limitation, so you have to do it in batches. You can create a Flow that triggers every 5 minutes that performs a "Get Item" as follows:

If the name is different, it means that the value was already updated. It may take a little time, but you let it run overnight you'll have all names updated in the morning. You can even leave the Flow active so that you know that the names are always correct. It will be fast once all is updated since the

Thanks for the solution , I was thinking doing in batches but not sure how.,..

however if auto trigger with 5 Minute Interval then I have to wait and turn it off the flow off manually,

Is there a way to set this up automatically stop when all items have been updated?

If the return length of Get items value is equal to 0, turn off itself.

Hey @luuminhvuong93 ,

In my opinion, let it run and forget about it. If it doesn't have any items to parse, it just stops. If it has something to parse, it's only a couple of items, and you know that stuff is always synced. It's a win-win situation :).

I try but I got a message error : " aggregated page count of more than '1000'. This exceeded the maximum page count '1000' allowed

Hi @luuminhvuong93 

In the "Get Items" set the "Top Count" to something like 2000. Then only 2000 values will be fetched each time. Then make, for now, the Power Automation runs more frequently until you have all your items synced. After that, you can reduce the frequency, and it will only fix the few that will be inserted after that.

Does it make sense?
