Group Excel Rows and Email a HTML Table Dynamically from Two Separate Data Sources

Hello,

I've searched old posts, but couldn't find exactly what I'm looking for. I'm very new to Power Automate, so please excuse the layman language.

I would like to dynamically email a few column values from an Excel list of rows present in a table grouping the rows by one of the column values "location" in a HTML table. The email address for the "location" is in a SharePoint list, which the "title" is the location name. So, I'm looking to send an email to each location with only the data related to that specific location.

Hello K9nosework,

Power Automate can do most of this pretty easily with the Dynamic content you select during the creation of your flow.

While the full structure of the flow will require your development the big items you will need to remember to use is an Excel Get(or List) function, this can grab either specific information or the entire table inside your excel spreadsheet. Once grabbed you would then use the List function for SharePoint for the following Apply to each loop, which can then use a condition to help locate what item your looking for based off the formula you give

The final get item inside the condition will then let you grab the specifics of the current item in the loop letting you then grab that information and input it into later portions of your flow as needed.

Hi Brayden,

Thank you for the response. I tried your suggested path, but it doesn't seem to like the 1 to many relationship. I tried tweaking a few different ways, but still no success.

I have the flow built, but it is sending all emails with the related HTML table to the first email it picked up, it's not dynamically picking up the email specific to that "location" which is "region" in my flow. The following is the last iteration of the flow, do you have any other suggestions?
