Help building Flow to save attachments to Sharepoint list

I have a flow that captures emails to a mailbox, and creates a list item in sharepoint online.  I have multiple attachments in this email, one being a PDF form.  I am using Plumsail to parse and capture content of PDF correctly every time. I am having difficulty in saving attachments 2,3,4.. which will be images into the same list item created previously.  This is the flow I have created, and it fails with a 404 on every subsequent attachment.  The Add Attachment is using the list ID from the Eval "True" condition. The list item required fields are generated from the pdf form fields.

Requirements:

1. Capture email and all attachments

2. if the attachment is pdf, parse json, and create a list record

3. if attachment is jpg image, add attachment to existing list record

4. Send out notification of new record

am i on the right track with the flow design.. Very New (1st flow created) ...? 

How can I successfully save each subsequent jpg to the created list  record?

Hi @breid 

You will need to change the login within your Flow. the first time it works to save the PDF because you do create the item, but when there is no PDF, then the item is not created and you are just trying to add an attachment for the Create File that is on the Yes part of the condition. 

First iteration:

Is a PDF? Yes, then create the item and add the attachment

Second iteration:

Is a PDF? No, Add the attachment --> the problem here is that you can't reference the item that you create on the previous iteration.

Create the item outside the Apply to each and then you just need to add attachments on the condition.

Ok, that makes total sense, but the entire body of the list item created comes from parsed json in the pdf. 

If i create item before, fill in requireds, can i then parse pdf, and update same item.. and if not pdf, add attachment to same item?

I ended up creating item directly from "When email Arrives", and stubbing in required values.

Upon parsing PDF, I was able to complete the item fields, and the attachments loop properly processed all pdf, and images.
