How to Build a No Condition but Only Send 1 Email

I built a flow with a condition. If the "Service Request Number" entered on the form matches the Title column in my SharePoint list, then update the existing entry. If it has no matches, send a "failure" email.

However, when there was a mismatch and the "No" condition triggered, it sent me 50+ emails. Seemingly 1 for every entry on the SharePoint list.

How can I set it up so if there are no matches between the form and the SharePoint list, it just sends ONE email?

Explanation

Create a variable by using the "Initialize variable" action, give it a Name, set it to Boolean and set it's Value to the Expression false.

Make sure you use the Expression, don't just type false inside the Value field, type it inside the Expression field inside the pop up on the right.

Then in your Apply to each loop, in the If yes section, just add a Set variable action, choose the variable you just created and set it's Value to the Expression true.

Now below the Apply to each loop, you add a new Condition action and check if the variable is true. Update item if it is true, Send an email if it is false.

What we're basically doing here is loop all SharePoint items and if one (or more) items match, the Variable get set from it's initial state of false to true and after the loop, we can just check if it is true or not and trigger our final actions.

As far as I understood you want to check the Sharepoint list for existing matches. So the only thing you have to do is to filter the data during the get call of your Sharepoint list. After that you check the length of the array or if it is empty and do whatever you want to do.
