Hi @CongDuong ,

Change to the converted time in "Title" field:

And it shouldn't be UtcNow, input of this action should be the Data Started or Ended.

Hi @CongDuong ,

Do you want to check balance of leave just only type: Annual leave and calculate the new balance?

Based on your description, I have made a simple test for your reference.

Hi @v-zhoqian-msft

Like image attack, i already have one condition about : outcome  does not contain Reject

cause of this addition make your solution not working?

Thanks!

Hi @CongDuong ,

The error is related to the Balance of leave field. I found that the field Balance of leave may not be number type? If you use the choice type, it will make the formula more complicated. I suggest you use the number type like this, it will simplify the calculation.

Thanks!

Hi @CongDuong ,

I didn't notice that the output of the filter array action is empty just now.

In this case, you could check whether the value of EmployeeName in list2 is the same as the DisplayName of requestor. If not, we should change the settings in the filter array action.

Hi @CongDuong ,

What type of field is EmployeeName in your second list? In theory, we should not use name to filter, but should have something like EmployeeID to filter.

Dear @v-zhoqian-msft ,

In lits 1:

Requestor : i using person

In list 2, i create as below:

- EmployeeName : type Person

- Type of leave: type Choice

- Balance of leave : type Number

I have trying check both type text and person for EmployeeName, but still not working.

I think we need change a filter array or something like that.
As i show you the previous reply, this flow still run successfully, but it result of addition still equal : Fasle.
Thank so much for your help!!!

Dear @v-zhoqian-msft ,

I think the value of field EmployeeName is not same value as the Display name of Requestor.

So, please help me how we should change Filter array?

Thank so much!

Hi @CongDuong ,

I now know "EmployeeName" in list2 is a Person field. This is different from what I guessed before.

You could change the setting of "Filter array" as follows:

Would you mind show me what i need to to step by step. I appreciate your support!

Hi @CongDuong ,

The default time in SharePoint is your local time zone, while the time zone in power automate flow is UTC. When you create an item, the title field gets the string of UTC time. This causes the time to look different. So you need to convert Date Started and Ended to your time zone before create item,  using convertFromUtc function:

Reference guide for expression functions - Azure Logic Apps | Microsoft Learn

Dear @v-zhoqian-msft ,

Which my flow, i trying add convertimezone but it not working.
