How to sync Google Calendar to Office 365 Calendar

Hi,

I'm trying to sync my Google Calendar to my Office 365 Calendar. I have found a way to create an event in my Outlook calendar when I create an event in my Google Calendar but now I want to be able to delete or modify the events created in my Outlook calendar when I amend them in my Google Calendar.

Can anyone help ?

Hi @Mdacosta 

for deleting events, it would be fine, we can filter out required events from outlook and then can delete it.

for updation, what i would suggest is in the subject of the event when added in outlook, always try to add event id from google calendar, so that using filter query to search for the events from get events action in outlook, it would be easy to find out required event.

I tried your solution. It has created the event in my outlook calendar but when I amend it in my Google calendar, it unfortunately doesn't update my Outlook calendar.

could you share how u create the flow, is it simmilar to what i have shared ?

Hi, I had to tweak your flow as it didn't work at all (I kept having an error message and I couldn't even run it). I used Daniel Anderson's tutorial (https://bit.ly/3LZeUEV). It now duplicates all my google events in my outlook calendar thanks to the tweak but if I modify an event in my Google calendar, my Outlook calendar isn't updated.

This design really helped me. Thank you so much.

However, I am trying to do the other way around. My business calendar Outlook to sync with my personal Google Calendar.

My flow is unfortunately not working.
