Incremental unique number generator from FORMS to EMAIL

Hello,

I am trying to build a flow that reads information stored in LISTS based on input from FORMS and sends resulting new rows to EMAIL.

We use the numbers to track items in our small organization so each number is "captured" by one person and needs to be unique.

We use different ranges (1m, 5m, 8m and 9m) to roughly differenciate type of item. 

I have the following setup:

FORMS with two inputs:

1) What type of number is required?

  1000000-series

  5000000-series

  8000000-series

  9000000-series

2) How many numbers do you require

  Type number between 1 ~ 100

LIST with two columns:

Column1 (ID-column): Unique number

Column2: Name of person holding number

To book a number and send it by email i imagine the following flow:

1) Get FORMS respons

2) Get LIST respons

3) Find highest number in column 1 for the range

4) Write x amount of new rows into list based on FORMS question 2 and responders ID

5) Email the same new rows to responders ID

But after searching and trying i am a little lost..

Lastly, will there be a chance that there might be a clash if two persons try to book numbers at the same time?

Thank you for posting.

According to your description, you would like to get SPO list based on form response and then send result via email. If any misunderstood, please kindly let me know.

As per you required, I create form and list as below:

From my understanding, the unique number column in SharePoint list is a number rang from Q1 to Q1+Q2. For example, if I choose 500,0000 series and 5 in form. I should be able to create 5 rows in the list as: 500,0001;500,0002;500,0003;500,0004 and 500,0005.

If that’s the case, please refer my flow steps as below:

I have one follow up question:

For the expression below, I assume the text in bold-italic is different from case to case, how will i find what to type in my case?

I sorted out that original question, but ended up with a couple of new.

1) I might be wrong, but does the proposal take into acount numbers already in the list? When i teste on my end with two submissions of 5000000 series with 5 numbers each the list populated 5000001 to 5000005 two times instead of 5000001 to 5000010

2) The email that is composed sends the whole list, not only the numbers that are new. 

Is it the same on your end?

Thank you for your update.

For your queries, here are the related information:

1.Yes, it will generate duplicate numbers if two more persons select same series. For this point, I'm still testing since yesterday.

2.From my end, it only returns according numbers required by that submitter. Seems I missed show you 'get items' details as below:

If we set up filter here, you will only get the numbers just submitted.
