Issue with Updating Rows in to Excel from Sharepoint List Table

HI Friends,

I am Facing Issues with Updating Rows in to Excel. Below is the Context what i am trying

Actually I need to Capture all the Responses from the Power APP and store in to Excel

I tried creating Flow  but i am  not able to Update a Rows Can any one please Help me with this

And also I am confused in Mapping Key Value and Key Column in Update Rows Actions can any one help me  what exactly it will do that would be a great

hi @Varun511  please make shure that the key column and the key value are a unique field like and ID

Thanks for reply can you please let me know how to have key value and key column I don't have any unique value in power app basically whenever response submitted in power app that should be update in excel row by row

@Varun511  you need to add values or just update an existing value? because if you need to add values you can use just add row into a table. 

In the other case is necesary to update a row that your power apps sends an ID value or a unique value to update the rows in excel for example

This could be your response in power apps - 23 - Saturday - Employee

Then you excel could be

ID	Days	Type
1	Monday	Employee
23	Friday	Non employee

See in excel your key column is going to be ID and the key name ID too and the value you need to compate is 23 so your flow could know that the row that needs to be updated is the 23 value row.

Thanks again for prompt I tried add rows in to table but it's not working for me basically it isbis all  responses every time let's say I have 5 responses initially and if new user submit response instead of updating that response alone it is updating all the responses again in a new rows basically it is repeating . Basically what I would need is  whenever user is submitted response in power app that value should get in excel row by row .

And I don't see ID column when I export SharePoint list in to excel . All the power app response will store in SharePoint list  right when I export that in excel I don't see ID colum to get ID colum do we need to do any setting in power app?
