Hi Guys,
I created a leave application workflow that executes once a new item is created in a list. It is working fine but I would like to add the approved request to a calendar that I created in Sharepoint or if that is not possible then to an office 365 account calendar.
I would like it to show the requestor name and then book the dates in the calendar.

You scenario is available. We could use SharePoint Calendar list in Flow.
When you are trying to use the default Calendar list in SharePoint, please click the “Enter custom value” for the List name field, then enter the name of the list you have created.
I have created a flow to test this issue, please see the following screenshot.
In List4, there is two date columns, Start and End. In the action “Create item”, you could select Start and End for Start Time field and End Time field.
To show the name of the requestor, you could consider to use the dynamic content “Created by DisplayName”.
Please take it for a reference and have a try with it on your side.

This was very helpful but I do have another question about this. If the request is denied, how do you set up the "if no" section in FLOW so that it deletes the original "item created". I want to make sure that I only delete the original item created and not all the other items that are on that list. In this case it would be appointments displaying on the SharePoint calendar. If an employee adds an appointment to the sharepoint calendar, manager declines the request, how do I make sure that appointment added is removed. Thanks!
Thank you Mabel. This worked for me as well. Although, I do have another issue. The start date and end date differs from the List entry which was submitted. Eg: User selected 21st June on the List and on the calendar it is taking 20th June as the date. Any idea what may cause this?

We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.
