Merging Rows Based Off Column Data

Hi all,
I've built out an approval process in Sharepoint using multiple lists.
The approval process is for individuals bidding for projects - so it takes their name, email address, bid choice (up to 5 choices). This is done via an MS form.
Depending on the number of choices, depends on the number of Sharepoint entries are created off the back of that form. So if they choose 1 project it only creates one item, if they choose 2 it creates 2 etc.
This is done in this way as one choice could be rejected (as it has been assigned to someone else), whereas another choice could be accepted and move further along the approval process.
Each choice moves through 3 stages of approval by different departments.

At the final stage, where their choices have been completely accepted and our administrators then process the required documentation, I want these individual choices to merge again into one singular sharepoint item so that the administrator has all the information pertaining to all choices in one record and only needs to compile one document for distribution back to the bidder.

Is there a way to do this? I thought using either their name or email address column this could be achieved but I'm struggling to find a way. I've done several searches both here and online but can't seem to find anything.

@nm1979  you can create another list to have singular item. So that you have all three items in one list and another list with singular item.

Thanks for confirming it is possible, I just don't know how to get the two to talk to each other.  I want it to pull through based off the person's name column.
Would it have to be a manual trigger or can it automate to look at just that column, pull all info through and then create one?

@nm1979  you can create a lookup column in the list which is multiple items for one associated item in another list. So e.g. if your List A has 3 items, and List B has one item which is singular item related to those 3 items in List A. Then you create lookup column in List A, which stores value of that one item from List B. You have to check which column you use from List B to create lookup column in List A. So ideally when the flow creates item in List B for that one singular item, after that is done, your flow updates the 3 items in List A to store value in lookup column.

In your current flow, do you already have a point where you know that approval process is completed for all three items and your flow is ready to create that singular item in the another list?
