I am setting up a form where managers can request training for their staff. Once the form is completed, the data will flow to sharepoint and be assigned to a trainer based on the topic.
I currently have a switch which I am using to separate into each main training topic in order to assign the training to a trainer. Under this I have used the JSON function to separate the employees onto separate lines in sharepoint.
Each main training topic has a sub topic and I am needing these to appear on a separate line as well cannot seem to make it work.
eg. Training options look like this:
Training SM
Training SM.1
Training SM.2
Training EN
Training EN.1
Training EN.2
So if the form is completed to say Person A and Person B both need training in SM.1 and SM.2 i would like this to produce 4 lines:
Person A - SM.1
Person A - SM.2
Person B - SM.1
Person B - SM.2
I currently have the flow set up like this:
SM and EN being the top level training and needing sub training options under that.
I would appreciate any advice I can get - this is my first flow.

Please see a screenshot below of the relevant part of the form. Depending on the answer to question 4, either question 5 or 6 is shown to the respondent. This is set up the same for the participant (office location and then name) which I was able to work using the JSON function.
I have a trainer for SM and another for EN. They can each train all of the sub topics but wont necessarily be able to complete them in the same session. I would like them on separate lines so that each subtopic can be marked as completed as they are done rather than having to wait for both to show the training progress.

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge! This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks. The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods. You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately. How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.
