Need help to Create power flow to send expired contracts details in HTML table format to email

Hi Everyone,

Need help to create a power flow to send expiring and expired contracts details in HTML format to my email on weekly basis.

I have an excel sheet having contract details as below.

1. Use a recurrence trigger set to run once a week.
2. List rows in Table
3. Filter Array based on Days left Less than 7 (assuming you want to see contracts expiring/expired in the next week)
4. Convert array output of Filter to HTML table
5. Send email with HTML table.

Also, how to insert "body/value" in the flow? I'm able to select "body".

The error message is because days left is coming in as a string from your table not a number.  So put it inside a value() function to get the filter to work.  

If you select body from the filter array it will enter body/value.

I tried to insert the Days Left in value() as you advised. However i couldn't find value() in the expression.

Can you please help me with complete expression to be entered.

Sorry, my brain was set on Power Apps again. I wish they shared the same functions. What you want is Int() for Power Automate.

I can't do that since I don't have access to your data. But if you can tell me what it says when you hover over the days left dynamic content in the left side I can write the expression for you.

I got email with below details.

I have below requirements also.

1.Need only Sl No,Item Description,Start Date.End Date and status colums in the email.

2.Start date and end date need to be formated.

3.Need the email content in table format(Similiar to excel tables)

To select the specific columns you want included you can use a Data Select. The order you add the columns to the data select should be maintained for the table.  Not sure what you mean by table format. Do you mean you want an Excel File as an attachment?
